The Academy, in the pursuit of excellence, will assist designers
and builders of the future to develop courses that will provide
confidence and experience for both the horse and rider from the
grass roots of the sport up to Olympic standards
The Academy will ensure that the cross country phase of the competition
should reward the bold forward thinking rider, who combines training
with planning and precision minimising the risk to horse and rider
The Academy will strive to improve the perception of our sport.
The Academy will produce course designers and builders that will
showcase the horse’s natural grace, speed, beauty and remarkable
personality in a comprehensive test of all round horsemanship
